1. Introduction

Welcome to Blitz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at www.blitz-active.com and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Ordering

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time without notice.

Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product
Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability

3. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are held by Stripe, not by us.

Discount codes apply to one-off orders only and can't be used on Blitz on Repeat subscriptions.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Every Blitz on Repeat order ships free. Orders containing a Club Pack get free standard delivery, or next-day for £3.99. All other one-off orders: standard delivery £2.99 (2 to 4 working days) or next-day delivery £3.99 (next working day when ordered before 11am Monday to Friday). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Subscriptions

Blitz on Repeat (our subscription) is available on the 3-tube pack at 10% off and the 6-tube pack at 15% off the one-time price, delivered every 4, 6, 8, 12 or 16 weeks.

How billing works: your card is charged when you subscribe and then automatically at the start of each delivery cycle, at the subscription price shown when you signed up. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor.
Reminders: we email you 3 days before every charge so you have time to make changes.
Delivery: every Blitz on Repeat order ships free to UK addresses.
Bonus tube: each subscription gets one free bonus tube, added to your 3rd paid delivery. It is awarded once per subscription and can't be swapped for cash or other products.
Skip, pause or cancel online: enter your email at Manage my subscription and we'll send a one-time link where you can skip a delivery, pause, change frequency, update your card or cancel. No phone call or email needed. Cancelling stops future charges; deliveries already paid for will still be sent.
If a payment fails, we retry automatically and let you know so you can update your card.
Your 14-day cancellation right: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your subscription within 14 days of the day after you first sign up, without giving a reason, and receive a refund for any unopened products returned to us. Email hello@blitz-active.com to use this right.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order:

You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
Products must be in their original, unopened packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
For faulty or damaged products, please contact us immediately

7. Product Use and Safety

Blitz electrolyte tablets are a food supplement. Please note:

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake
Keep out of reach of children
Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of Blitz and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blitz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
